TERRORISM IN INDIA AND ITS PREVENTION

There have been several terror attacks in India, To my knowledge and belief, there is one basic reason for this kind or any other kind of terrorism in India, CORRUPTION on all level, Among them two are most significant,:

1. Corrupt National Policy. 2. Corrupt Politicians.
1.The National Reservation policy and quota system is appeasement for vote policy in the name of improving conditions of the backwards. This policy is badly abused on all levels. In education , elections, appointments, promotions, etc.. The result is that incompetent, unintelligent and corrupt persons have been appointed or promoted in the police, in Intelligent agencies and on other important Government positions. They do not know how to do their job, or they are bribed or pressured not to do their work rather help the wrong elements.
2. There is no educational, moral, ethical or social qualifications for the politicians to run for election or to do the public service after being elected. Only thing counts is, how many votes a a candidate can get by fair or unfair means, like terrorizing or bribing voters. For terrorizing voters or for collecting money they have to engage terrorists and in return, they have to pay them money or allow them to commit terror and provide them protection from law. Politicians make millions of dollars in bribes, embezzlement, cheating and stealing public money. They appoint and recommend the candidates for important government positions for money or for the benefit of their family or friends.
SOLUTIONS: Remove Reservation Policy.
1.Stop Corruption on all levels, starting from the top politicians and government employees to the lowest level employees and general public. Punish anyone in any position for taking bribes, cheating, doing favoritism or creating fear in people's mind. 2. Recognize talent in every level, in schools, selections, appointments, promotions or anything else and reward it regardless of caste, creed, religious or family origin or background. 3. Reward talent and efficiency in schools, appointments, promotions, etc. 4. Remove those who are found to be inefficient or corrupt. These majors will create efficient, intelligent, patriotic, alert and caring workers.
2.Create a Central National Security Agency on the model of USA Homeland Security to coordinate all intelligent agencies in the country.
3.Have smart and efficient coast and boarder guards all around India.
4.With honest and impartial officials, POTA like policies should be used and more of strict laws should be made to deal with terrorism at any level.
5.There should be security and intelligent officials appointed who should work as employees of big hotels, airlines, railway and bus stations etc. in plain clothes like the terrorists worked in Taj Hotel in Mumbai.
6.Workers in all public or private places should have orientation and frequent work shops to recognize and report suspected workers, visitors or clients.
7.Training of Patriotism, Honesty, Brotherhood should be taught at home, at school and at work places.
POLITICS MUST BE CLEANED: Remove All Corrupt Politicians.
1.Have a set of qualifications for the political candidates, keeping in mind that they are running for a job of people's trusties and protectors. Therefore, they should be educated, at least up to Bachelor's degree level, preferably in Law, science or economics with ethics. Also, their background check must show honesty, equality, fairness, patriotic nature and loyalty to the Country
2.There should be stricter law to punish politicians for dishonesty, bribery, for breaking public trust and presenting a bad image for the Nation and being a bad example for the public.
3.There should be strict Law against bribery, falsehood in public service for any one.
4.There should be very strict Law against any connection with any terrorist and knowingly hiding or withholding information on the activities of a terrorist or a potential terrorist.
5.Parents, teachers, employers, colleagues, coworkers, friends, neighbors should be encouraged and rewarded for informing about a terrorist or a potential terrorist.
